Illlustration Friday - Bottled : Pressure

So this week's title for Illustration Friday is Bottled. I did look at a few other people's submissions and noticed that most of the pieces included the actual literal image of a bottle.
I wanted to do something totally different so I put my thinking cap on...
What do I think of when I think "bottled"? I think bottles have a lot of pressure inside them. What else is "bottled"?
One thing that is "bottled" that has been on many newspapers front pages lately is Earthquakes. I know, stick with me here. There is a lot of pressure that is bottled up when Earthquakes happen.
I thought it'd be awesome if I could do an interpretation of what an Earthquake looks like underground.

    I like the way you thought about this. I think this would be very pretty on ceramic tile.

    Best looking earthquake I've seen lately. Love the before and after images. Never would have thought of that myself, but that's really what defines an earthquake--what is different afterwards. Wonderful job on the grass/dirt!
    Are you going to do the people too???
