Artists in Action - May 2012

This weekend I participated in Southport's Artists in Action Contest during their summer fair. The concept is that you are to do a full piece of art in one day during the allotted hours. Below is my finished product. I used an acrylic wash as well as tissue paper to create an translucent texture. My work was pretty far from everything else that was turned in, but that makes me proud of its uniqueness. Priced at $99.
